Some groups want early tee times and back-to-back rounds. Others want good golf and somewhere decent to relax afterwards — a spa, a pool, or just a comfortable resort with nothing much to do in the afternoon.
We put together trips that give you both. Good courses, resorts worth staying in, and enough breathing room to enjoy the trip properly.
Four 18-hole courses in the southwest Peloponnese, with the sea never far away. With a spa, multiple restaurants and pools, you could happily not leave the grounds for a few days.
Warmer and quieter than some of the other options, with luxury resorts and a pace of life that makes switching off fairly straightforward.
Coastal resorts, consistent sunshine, and courses that don't require you to be on-site at 7 am. There are plenty of accommodation options here to suit everyone.
Resorts like Celtic Manor, The Belfry, Belton Woods and Old Thorns all combine good golf with proper spa facilities — worth considering if you don't want to fly.
The accommodation and facilities are part of the trip, not just a place to stay.
How many rounds, how much downtime, where to stay — all of it can move around to suit the group.
Depending on the time of year and how far people want to travel, there's a decent range of options.
If partners or non-golfers are coming, they're not just waiting around.
There's actual time in the day to use the resort rather than just sleep in it.

Day 1 — Fly into Paphos
Arrive in Paphos. It's only a short 15-minute transfer to the resort Once you've checked in, you'll have the opportunity to get your bearings. Relax by the pool or spa if the mood takes you, and take dinner in the Village Square in the evening.

Day 2 — PGA National Course
First round on the PGA National course, which is right in the middle of the resort. It's the main reason people come here — it runs across two plateaus divided by a ravine, with sea views from much of the course.
Afternoon free. Spa, pool, or just a quiet afternoon with a drink on the terrace.

Day 4 — Minthis Golf Club
Third round at Minthis, about 25 minutes away, up into the hills. It will be cooler up there, with a vineyard and olive grove setting, and views back towards the Troodos Mountains. It's worth the drive.
Back to the resort for dinner.
