Terms & Conditions for 10% Discount Offer

Terms & Conditions for this specific offer should be read alongside our standard terms and conditions of booking and travel with The Bespoke Golf Travel Group. 

1. Eligibility:

• The 10% discount offer is valid for bookings made between 1st April 2026, and 31st December 2026.
• This offer applies only to travel dates within the year 2026.

2. Booking Process:

• The discount will be automatically applied at the time of booking.
• Bookings must be completed through our official website, mobile app, or authorized travel agents.

3. Discount Details:

• The discount is 10% off the total cost of the package before taxes and fees.
• The discount applies to the base cost only and excludes any additional charges made after the initial booking such as buggy costs, club hire, etc. 

4. Payment Terms:

• Full payment must be made at the time of booking to avail of the discount.
• The discount cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, discounts, or loyalty program rewards.

5. Changes and Cancellations:

• Standard change and cancellation policies apply to all bookings made under this offer.
• In the event of a booking modification, the discount will no longer be applicable if the new travel dates fall outside the eligible travel period (2026).

6. Refunds:

• If a booking is cancelled, the refund will be processed according to our standard refund policy, minus the discount value.
• No partial refunds will be issued if only part of the trip is cancelled.

7. Limitations:

• The offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• The offer is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other benefits. 

8. General Conditions:

• All bookings made under this offer are subject to our standard terms and conditions of carriage.
• We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
